These Terms govern your purchase and use of video products from FleetTrained.com ("FleetTrained", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
FleetTrained produces digital training videos customized with your company's name, logo, colors, and (optionally) policy text you provide. Deliverables are MP4 video files provided via download link, normally within 24 hours of receiving your complete order information (name, logo, colors, and payment).
Upon full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered videos for internal training within your company — orientation, safety meetings, internal LMS, company devices and driver apps. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or rebrand the videos for any other company. The underlying templates, animations, scripts and production system remain FleetTrained's intellectual property.
You confirm you have the right to use the logo, name, and any text you send us, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce your videos. We may not use your brand for marketing without your permission.
Our videos are informational training aids based on publicly available regulations (FMCSA/DOT) and common industry practice. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance, insurance approval, or the prevention of accidents or violations. Your company remains solely responsible for its safety program, for verifying that training meets the requirements applicable to your operation, and for how the videos are used. Regulations change; verify current rules at fmcsa.dot.gov.
If a delivered video contains a production error (wrong logo, misspelled company name, technical defect), tell us within 14 days and we will fix and redeliver at no charge. Requests to change your provided inputs after delivery may be quoted as new work.
Prices are listed on the site in USD. Payment is due before production begins. See our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetTrained's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including violations, penalties, crashes, or losses your company incurs.
We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
