Log in and open Refer & Earn. Confirm your company once with a one-click email to the address on your FMCSA record, then copy your link. Send it by text, email or WhatsApp, or just tell them your code.
They sign up with your link or enter your code at signup, and get a 14-day trial with all 10 DOT Core videos in English, Russian and Ukrainian. No card needed. They confirm their company through FMCSA too.
Once their first payment clears and their company is verified, your reward is confirmed and we email you. We send it to your PayPal or Zelle, normally within 7 days.
Every fleet that hires drivers needs documented training. The people who refer the most:

(for example SUMMIT). You'll see who invited you, and your free trial becomes 14 days.
As soon as the company you referred makes its first paid subscription payment. The free trial doesn't count. We email you right away and send the money by PayPal or Zelle, normally within 7 days.
So rewards only go to real carriers. Every company in the program, the one referring and the one referred, confirms once by clicking a link we email to the address on its FMCSA registration (MCS-150). Nobody can earn money using another carrier's US DOT number. If your FMCSA email is out of date, update it with FMCSA, or email orders@fleettrained.com or message @alrusik on Telegram and we'll verify you by hand.
On your Refer & Earn page, pick PayPal or Zelle and enter your PayPal email or your Zelle email or phone. You can change it any time.
No. Any verified FleetTrained account can refer, including free accounts. Create an account, open Refer & Earn, verify your company and copy your link.
No limit on how many fleets you refer. The reward is up to $100 per referred company.
A different company that's new to FleetTrained: a different US DOT number, email domain and payment card from yours. Companies that already have a FleetTrained account don't count, and you can't refer your own company.
If they cancel later, you keep your reward. If their first payment is refunded or disputed, the reward is cancelled.
Rewards are income to you. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we'll ask for a W-9 and send you a 1099. Full rules: Terms, section 13.
